I juggle a family, a job and part time teaching and the full spectrum cbd drops work better than St. John’s Wort.
Half a dropper twice a day is perfect, but if I take a full dropper I get a little sleepy and this works against me. I’m about 190lbs to put the dose into perspective.
Thanks for directing me to the full spectrum cbd. I appreciate it
